About Company

Fundilima Housing Co-operative Society Limited (FHSC) was registered in May 2010 under the Co-operative societies Act Cap 490 laws of Kenya. The registration was motivated by the need to mobilize funds and assist members in accessing affordable housing and real estate through purchase of subsidized prime real estate.

Our membership is drawn from staff of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and the community at large. The Society buys land at negotiated low price and sell to the members at a subsidized cost.
