The buying process?
• Receipt of offers on various parcels of land for consideration.
• Site visit to the considered parcels.
• Negotiations for the parcel between the society and the vendor.
• Preparation and signing of the sale agreement.
• Deposit payment on the parcel.
• Final payment within 90 days.
• Title transfer process.
What are the dimension of the sites?
Our plots are sold each measuring 50 by 100 ft and in some instances 100 by 100 ft.
How long does it take to get the title deed?
It depends on the member’s corporation of honouring payments towards their plots which in most instances average between 8 to 12 months from start of a project.

Do you provide financing?
Our sister sacco Fundilima Society provides funding to members to purchase their plots.

The membership fee is non refundable

A membership fee of ksh. 1,000 will be chargeable upon joining.
How can I become a member of Fundilima housing?
You can go to the download section of the website and download the membership forms. Once you fill up all the details,you can scan and forward to [email protected] or physically drop in the application forms.
What are the benefits to the members of the Housing Sacco?
As a member you get preference and incentives that arise in any of the society’s projects. This includes buying land at a lesser price compared to non-members, real-time communication, participation in all the society activities including attending meetings and giving views, voting for officials and vying for leadership positions.
